What is a Preorder?

A preorder is exactly what the name says it is, an order placed before the actual release date of your desired sneaker. Why place an order before the sneakers are even released? Due to an unseen increase in popularity and demand, sneakers have become harder and harder to obtain. Gone are the days where sneakerheads could simply walk into a store and minutes later walk out with a coveted pair of Air Jordans. The sneaker community is now subjected to rigged raffles, ridiculous campouts regardless of the weather, not to mention the rise of online bots and ATC services. To combat this, and re-instill the love for sneakers back to the sneaker community, we have decided to offer a hassle-free service that takes sneakerheads back to the golden age when anyone could effortlessly purchase and wear whichever sneaker they desired. This is our preorder service. With this, we allow you, our customers, to guarantee the sneakers you desire prior to the release date and your only “hassle” is suppressing your excitement while waiting for the day that your sneakers are delivered straight to your door.

Things to Note:

·         Preorders are NEVER shipped out prior to the release date. Here at Buy&SellKickz, we only offer 100% Authentic products purchased from authorized retailers. Services that offer you sneakers prior to the release date are often supplying you with fakes, or B-Grade products unauthorized by the manufacturer.

·         Preorders ship between 1 to 5 days AFTER the sneaker’s release date. Usually within 2 days, however we try to accommodate for weather conditions out of our control.

·         Preorders are final and cannot be canceled.

·         Preorders are often limited as we want to make sure that all customers who choose to preorder with us do in fact receive their sneakers. Though you may be able to order the sneakers on the release day, this is usually at an increased price due to increased demand after not being able to get them online or in store.  Hence, preordering is definitely the way to go!

·         In the rare case that we are unable to secure your pair, rest assured that you will receive a 100% refund as well as coupon to be used on your next purchase.
